AHD RBK app is designed by RNIT Solutions & Services Ltd for the Animal Husbandry Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, India.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the data collection, use and disclosure of user information and data protection. The App abides by the following principles while handling the information.

• We respect the privacy of our users and is committed to protecting any information that we may receive while accessing this application either via web or mobile. We collect the information only in accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and other laws which relate to the processing of the information and have taken all necessary and reasonable measures to protect and handle the same in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy. This Privacy Policy is devised to help the users feel more confident about the privacy and security of the information. We do not automatically capture any specific personal information from the users without their consent.

• We are duly bound by the laws, regulations, rules, circulars, notifications etc., as governed by the Govt. of India. This Privacy Policy is applicable to all users of this application.

• By accessing this application the users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. This privacy policy sets out the details of the information collected, the manner in which information is collected, by whom as well as the purposes for which it is used. However, every effort has been made to provide accurate and reliable information.

• We give users meaningful choices over the use of the information, as applicable.

Information Collected & the Manner of Collection:

• All the master data is used only from the available digital data from the department.

• The above mentioned data is used only for the intended purpose in-line with the department’s objectives and is not used for any other purposes.

• No personal information is being collected / used as part of this solution without user’s consent.

Passwords:

The Passwords are encrypted and stored.

Transactional Information:

Permissions:

• To provide features of the solution in-line with the department’s objectives, we may collect, that too with the user’s prior permission, Information regarding their location and access to device's camera for enrollments and identification as part of fulfilling the responsibilities with the exact location where such responsibilities are performed. No other mobile device feature is accessed or required for usage of the app.

Data Privacy & Protection:

• The App is equipped with standard security features to protect the confidentiality and security of the information.

• Data is encrypted in transit as well as at rest and stored in encrypted format within the department provided environment and is used only for the intended purpose.

• Only authorized IDs provided by the department are used while enabling the users to log into the application.

• Role based access is provided (ACLS) to the Data by the App.

• All sensitive data is masked.

Secure the Data-in-transit:

• Any information that is transmitted between the mobile app and server is protected by using SSL against privacy leaks and data theft. This ensures that user data is protected with strict security measures. The communication protocol is encrypted by Transport Layer Security (TLS). TLS and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) are cryptographic protocols that ensure data privacy over various communication channels.

Use of Information:

• We may disclose user information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or legal / administrative process as warranted by the department.

• This information /Data is retained by the department only, as per its requirement.

Rights:

• If any of the users no longer wish to use the App, such users are free to delete the App in concurrence with department’s authorities.

User Consent:

• By using this application, users are consenting to the processing of the information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and which may be amended from time to time in-line with the department’s objectives with prior approvals.

Misuse by Non-Targeted Users:

The application is meant for use by the targeted audience only. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the device, i.e., mobile, computer and/or any internet connected device.

Policy:

• This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time.

Push Notifications /Alerts:

• We may send the users push notifications/ alerts from time to time regarding their account or the updates in line with the department’s needs and objectives. If any of the users wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, such users may turn them off in their respective device’s settings in concurrence with department authorities.
